The clip came from this news article (towards the end of the article).

Connection to College Street, Ammanford

Mustafa Binboga ran the shop next door to Sophia Nails at number 18 College Street.

The man, then aged 47, was reported as having been convicted of committing rape at gunpoint and attempted child molestation by a court in Turkey in 1991.

He was sentenced to 12 years imprisonment.

In news reports his name, age and address were published. His address was given as Stamford Hill in London.

There is a Mustafa Binboga that has the same name, is the same age, and lives in Stamford Hill listed in Companies House records.

I met Mustafa Binboga on one occasion and saw him in Ammanford on several other occasions.

I was walking towards his shop when I noticed that something was wrong. Two vans were outside and the staff were arguing with someone.

It transpired that the electricity supply to the shop was being disconnected. The man present mentioned abstracting electricity.

I have seen Mustafa Binboga enter 22 College Street on several occasions.

On the first occasion I saw Mustafa and a man known to me as Vulcan enter the property. At the time I thought they were probably thinking of opening a fast food shop.

On the second occasion, Mustafa was with three other men; he had the keys to the property and unlocked the front door to 22 College Street.

On a third occasion, I saw him and three other men sitting in a car in the parking bay outside his shop.

They were all on their phones. I only noticed them when I walked past to get some shopping from local shops.

I was shopping for about half an hour or so, and when I walked past them on my way back they were all still sat in the back of that car on their mobile phones.

One person told me that he entered the property with another person with the intention of stealing the copper pipes.

He said that he was confronted inside the property by Mustafa and other men who said they would report him to the police unless he gave them £200, which he tells me that he did.
